In February a student from Stanborough School took part in a Film competition. The National competition entered was called ‘Out of Your Hands’. The ‘Out of Your Hands’ films are designed to convey important messages about keeping yourself safe from mobile and online crime. They wanted school students to develop a short film about either of these topics.

Bosch Roadshow visits Stanborough

We had our Spring Evening of Dance at the Weston Auditorium at the University of Hertfordshire. Around 70 students set off in the morning to rehearse in the space and then perform in the evening. This was primarily a performance evening for assessment of BTEC dance work in Key Stage 4 and 5. However there were many other performances from dance clubs and from students who had choreographed their own pieces.

Stanborough Praised by Ofsted

Stanborough School were selected to be a part of an exciting opportunity because of the years of experience we have working with Robotics. FIRST® LEGO® League and The Institution of Engineering and Technology approached the school to ask if we could work with them to produce a short video to inform other schools ‘how to get started’ in Robotics.

Show My Homework:

A  group of 103 Year 7 students travelled to the sunny shores of South England. They enjoyed a marvellous weekend filled with adventure, pushing their boundaries and grooving to spectacular hits at a disco. Rainy patches didn’t stop the excitement as most didn’t even take notice of the weather, refusing to even put on their rain jackets. Most students enjoyed the giant swing best of all, with the zip wire coming in a close second.
