The Student Council, chaired by the Sixth Form, plays an important part in decision making across the school.
Each Year Group and each House has a council that discusses ideas and puts them into action to improve the school, run projects in the community and raise money for charity. The Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher meet with the School Council and discuss school policy and practice. Student representatives attend the school Strategic Planning Conference with Senior Staff and Governors, and there is an annual School Council Conference for all Year and School Council Representatives.
It is important for the school that your views are taken into account, so play a part in discussing School Council and Year Council business in your tutor group.
